This is an awesome post. I think a lot of real estate investors, especially new investors, over-dramatize asking for private money as if they’re trying to apply for a “traditional” loan and they’re going to picked apart by a loan officer. It really is amazing how much money is sitting in savings out there as people are terrified of stocks and have opted out of 401k’s and opted into coffee cans in the backyard…. and if the “Hitman” can do it, so can you!
